Two United States Salvation Army maxicards with first day cancel were just observed on Ebay. I have not seen these maxicards for sale before, but they are listed in the SA FDC catalogue as SA 4.58 (Cathrine Booth) and SA 4.59 (Salvation Army Flag).  Pictorial items, likely very RARE!!!
