I see one signed to her by Artopages A A Weigel and some of the First Day Covers are addressed to her. I’m assuming she was the artist, but don’t know that specifically……………NOT SEEN OR RARELY SEEN. MAY BE ONE OF A KIND BECAUSE OF THE HANDPAINTING!……..GREAT ARTWORK BY ARTOPAGES!……….Artopages with Mounted FDCs and Mint Plate Blocks and Singles WITH HANDPAINTED HAND TINTING , I Believe the painting was done by the collector and not by the company so not commonly seen!
